Now working with several of the largest NHS Trusts (incl. UHB) and a consortium of GP practices. Maturity ranges from concept to MHRA approval post-UAT. All NHS work is highly scalable; sponsors are highly incentivized to help with future sales. UiPath is included in every solution (partnership renewal agreements in place).

We've been very commercially creative — discovery through business case is run entirely at our risk. NHS entities pay nothing until value is delivered. One UHB project has taken nearly 200 man-days to reach approval (>$100k expected on approval alone), with no claw-back, and the foundation client can earn further benefit by selling on. We accept this risk and cash-flow hit to raise our profile and prove capability — but only where the scalability factor is high.
